Delivery & Returns

Within the UK.

Smaller parcels less than 2Kg will be sent via Royal Mail Standard delivery and can take from 1-5 days to be delivered from the day of dispatch, price is calculated at the orders individual weight and will be displayed on order confirmation page. Valuable and heavier orders will be sent via our courier on a next day delivery service at our discretion. We aim to get all stock orders out within 48 hours however some items incur a 5 day lead time if not in stock. No orders will be processed on a Saturday or a Sunday. Any questions then please give us a call.

Orders under the value of £10.00 will be charged a standard shipping rate of £2.50 (UK Mainland only)

International Customers.

Smaller Parcels less than 2Kg will be sent via Royal Mail at a small packet rate; price is calculated on the weight of each order and will be displayed on the order confirmation page. More valuable orders and heavier orders will be sent via our courier and can take between 5-10 days for delivery. No orders will be processed on a Saturday or a Sunday.

Please note: Upon receiving your goods please inspect packages, if parcels are signed for undamaged later to find they are then we cannot do anything about it.

Returns Policy.

In the unlikely event you receive your order and you find it is not what you ordered, defective or different to the quantity stated on your order then get in touch with us as soon as possible, Xtremevan will, at its own discretion replace/reimburse any defective or missing goods so long as the goods reach us in its original condition.

When you return goods if you include a cover note to say who it is from and an invoice number for our reference this will help with processing your return promptly.

It’s ideal if you could get a proof of delivery as well just in case your parcel gets lost. If the items being returned are heavy/over sized freight then please contact us so we can arrange for our courier to collect the goods.

When you receive your parcel please inspect that it has arrived to you in good condition.

If it is damaged and you do not sign for it damaged we will not have any rights to make a claim- and therefore unable to help you.

 If upon opening goods you find out that they appear to have been damaged during transit then you must notify us by 5pm the next working day.

In this case please keep all packaging as it may need to be inspected and please take photos.
